1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Process

Approval: Once approved, ship the item back to us at your expense.

Refund or Exchange: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within5 to 6, or we will send the exchanged item.

3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
